| As president of the largest independently owned brokerage in the New Jersey GMAC Real Estate network, Charles Blumenkehl still carries the same entrepreneurial spirit and leadership that launched Blue Realty in 1983.
Mr. Blumenkehl runs a multi-million dollar, self described consumer-centric organization which centers itself around a full service real estate company and prides its growth on quality service and results. This company owns and operates title and insurance firms, corporate, international relocation and foreclosure divisions. His innovations in real estate training, development, and relocation have won him national awards and acclaim and his company has been written about in books and publications.
Throughout his career, Mr. Blumenkehl has been active and served in numerous Realtor Boards, business, and philanthropic groups, and has been retained as a consultant for several Fortune 500 and billion dollar real estate groups. Among his accomplishments are 1990 Outstanding Young Citizen for the State of New Jersey, 2003 GMAC 1st place winner for Best of Show in real estate training, 2001 & 2002 number one agency (and number one agent, respectively) in broker-to-broker referral for the national GMAC network. He is a licensed real estate broker in New Jersey and New York, as well as having held mortgage banking, property, casualty, life and health insurance licenses in New Jersey. In addition to operating a successful real estate firm, Mr. Blumenkehl is an advocate for charities benefiting the underprivileged. He founded the Blue Realty Helping Hands gift drive in 1985 to assist the handicapped and underprivileged and has overseen its activities every year since. Mr. Blumenkehl is energetic, honest and consumed with a passion and vision embellished by his company to provide the highest level of service to be found anywhere to the consumer.
